The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members is of utmost importance to us. In addition to our existing hygiene and cleanliness standards, we have implemented further preventive measures and initiatives, based on government guidelines, and have also redefined our cancellation/amendment policies and rules.

1. Tariff

• The tariff is for the apartment (which you book) only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable.

2. Settlement Of Bills

• Bills shall be settled on presentation.
• Personal cheques are not accepted.. 

3. Check in and Stay

    Guest registration forms shall be signed on arrival. 

• Customers shall present their National ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in.
• Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out.

4. Departure

• Check Out time is 12 noon. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time.
• The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the apartment is available, the normal tariff will be charged.
• On failure of the guest to seek extension or vacate the apartment on expiry period, the management shall have the right to take appropriate measures to ensure that the apartment is available for other customers.

5. Pets

Pets are not allowed 

6. Hazardous Goods

• Bringing in illicit goods, or any other article of a combustible, hazardous or objectionable nature is prohibited.

7. Damage to Property

As in all other facilities of this nature, guests are requested to handle equipment, property and furniture to the apartment with care. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest House property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

8. Guest Conduct

  It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the guest house premises.

9. Respect of Government Rules and Regulations

Guests are requested to observe, abide by   and conform to   laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
